Today's Centering Thought
When I look in the mirror, who do I really see? My own true reflection or projections of my fears and worries? In this moment I will hold the possibility that I am just as nature had created me, long before I started to see myself through the lenses of the world. In this moment I will gently look at myself with a loving heart felt gaze, honouring the person I truly am, without all the masks and identifications.
Choose words that resonate and speak more deeply to you. Today's mantra: I love and see myself with compassion and kindness.
